J365 News, Amaravati: Former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy\u2019s recent visits across Andhra Pradesh have repeatedly drawn large gatherings of farmers, party leaders, workers, supporters and members of the public, highlighting the continued public attention surrounding his tours.<\/p>\n

The latest instance came on September 29, when Jagan visited Ongole to console the family of deceased YSRCP leader Kakumanu Rajasekhar. Despite the visit being a condolence programme, a large number of YSRCP leaders, workers and supporters gathered at the helipad and along the route as Jagan arrived in the city and proceeded to the bereaved family\u2019s residence.<\/p>\n

Earlier in September, Jagan visited Pulivendula and held a Praja Darbar at his camp office. A large number of party leaders, workers, supporters and members of the public from different areas met him and submitted their grievances.<\/p>\n

During his August visit to Devarapalli, Jagan met tobacco farmers and examined the problems faced by them. Farmers, supporters, party workers and members of the public gathered near the helipad and along the roads leading to the tobacco procurement centre.<\/p>\n

Jagan\u2019s convoy reportedly took considerable time to cover the short distance to the tobacco auction centre amid the crowds gathered along the route. Young people, farmers and supporters were among those who gathered to welcome the former Chief Minister.<\/p>\n

His August visit to Hyderabad also witnessed a gathering of YSRCP leaders, workers and supporters at Begumpet Airport and later at Jal Vihar.<\/p>\n

During his July visit to Bhimavaram, large numbers of people gathered along his route as Jagan met aqua farmers and discussed their concerns. The gathering extended to several areas through which his convoy travelled.<\/p>\n

His North Andhra tour later in July also witnessed sizeable crowds along the route. People gathered at several locations as Jagan travelled through the region, with supporters and members of the public waiting to see and welcome him.<\/p>\n

The series of visits presents a recurring picture of people gathering to see Jagan, welcome him, meet him or submit their grievances. The programmes have ranged from meetings with farmers and public interactions to party meetings and condolence visits.<\/p>\n

While the size and composition of the crowds have varied from place to place, the former Chief Minister\u2019s tours continue to attract considerable attention across Andhra Pradesh.<\/p>\n
