J365news,Mahabubabad: District Collector Advaith Kumar Singh conducted a surprise inspection of various institutions in Kuravi Mandal, including the Eklavya Model Residential School, Ashram High School, Primary Health Centers in both Kuravi town and Balpala village, an Anganwadi Center, and the District Parishad High School.During the inspection, the Collector emphasized that, with the Dussehra holidays now over and students returning to schools and hostels, wardens and principals must ensure that classrooms, hostel rooms, dining halls, study rooms, toilets, drinking water facilities, electricity, and all other amenities are ready and in good condition.
He also instructed the Primary Health Centers to stock up on medicines for seasonal diseases and encourage normal deliveries. He stressed the importance of collecting data on inpatients and outpatients, conducting a fever survey, and ensuring that ASHA workers and ANMs (Auxiliary Nurse Midwives) carry out house-to-house surveys at the village level to raise public awareness and take preventive measures. Through Anganwadi Centers, pregnant women, nursing mothers, and young children should receive nutritious food. The Collector also directed that village health programs be organized to educate the public on health, cleanliness, and safety.He further instructed special officers in the villages to inspect schools and hostels daily and submit daily reports on education, healthcare, sanitation, and other facilities.
