Nizamabad,20 nov(J365news) – The Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Degree College(TTWRDC) in Nagaram is buzzing with pride as its students continue to make remarkable strides on the national stage. Dr.Syeda Zainab, the esteemed Principal, and V.G.Laxmi, the NSS Coordinator, are thrilled to announce the recent accomplishments of their students. In a commendable achievement, G. Kavitha from the Final year of the MPCS program represented the college at the National Integration Camp, 2023, held in Gujarat. The Telangana team clinched the second prize for the Best Cultural Group, a testament to their talent and dedication. The team was honoured at the Telangana University by the Registrar, Prof. M.Yadagiri.
Adding to the accolades, Saritha, another final-year MPCS student, has been selected for the Pre RD camp, 2023. The selection process took place at the Telangana University, and the results have been forwarded to Vijayawada for further screening. The college eagerly awaits the final results, anticipating another triumph for their students. Meanwhile, Viganya, a final-year MPCS student and NSS Volunteer, has secured a coveted spot in the National Adventure Training Camp scheduled to be held at Kulu Manali, Himachal Pradesh, in January 2024. This achievement reflects Viganya’s spirit of adventure and the college’s commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals.
All students have found inspiration in the trailblazer, Badavath Sony, who was selected for the AIESEC program in 2019. The student has earned the opportunity for an international internship in Egypt. These accomplishments of the tribal college underscore that they are not lacking in determination but rather in opportunities. Programs like NSS have provided them with a platform to showcase their talent and hard work. Despite initially keeping their brilliance concealed, the collective efforts of the principal and teachers have brought these students into the spotlight.
