J365 NEWS, Mahabubabad: As per the orders of Warangal Deputy Commissioner G. Anjan Rao and Mahabubabad District Excise Officer B. Kiran, a public auction for vehicles seized in various cases related to illicit liquor and jaggery supply will be held on Wednesday, 05.03.2025, at 10:00 AM at the Excise Station, Mahabubabad under the supervision of G. Chiranjeevi, Prohibition & Excise Inspector, Mahabubabad, and DPEO-Mahabubabad. Participants must submit a Demand Draft (DD) of 50% of the Upset Price in favor of the District Mahabubabad. The auctioned vehicles are located at the Excise Station, Mahabubabad, as well as at Kuravi, Dornakal, and Garla Police Stations, and details can be accessed at the Excise Station, Mahabubabad.
Interested participants may inspect the vehicles before the auction. If a participant wins a bid but fails to take possession of the vehicle, their DD will be forfeited, while those who do not win any vehicle will have their DD returned. A separate DD of 50% of the Upset Price must be submitted for each vehicle along with a xerox copy of the Aadhaar card. Applications for participation will be accepted from 27.02.2025 to 04.03.2025 (until 5:00 PM), and no applications will be accepted on the auction day (05.03.2025). Successful bidders must pay the full amount, including GST (12% or 18%), on the same day.
