J365 NEWS: At the Ambedkar Center in Mahabubabad district headquarters, under the leadership of Boda Ramesh Naik, a pamphlet release program was held regarding a peaceful rally and public meeting for the protection of Lambadi reservations in Manukota, organized under the auspices of the Joint Action Committee (JAC). All caste associations, student, employee, youth, unemployed, political, women, trader, business, worker, artist, and saint organizations of Manukota district participated in this initiative.
On this occasion, JAC leaders said that Lambadis are not migrants but original inhabitants. Even before India’s independence, Lambadis had a distinct history. During the British and Nizam rule itself, Lambadis were recognized as Scheduled Tribes (STs). Certain anti-Lambadi forces, ignorant of their history, are deliberately spreading false propaganda against them for their selfish political gains. Similarly, they are trying to create conflicts between the closely bonded Lambadi and Adivasi tribal brothers, who have always lived in harmony.
To counter these conspiracies, the Lambadis’ way of life and history will be presented before the Adivasi tribal brothers, the society at large, and the state and central governments. For this purpose, on the 28th of this month, in Manukota—the land of struggles—a massive peaceful rally and public meeting with thousands of participants will be organized. JAC leaders appealed to Lambadis across Telangana state and nationwide to voluntarily come together, irrespective of political parties or associations, to participate in large numbers and showcase the unity of Lambadis across the country.
JAC Chairman Dr. Banoth Jagadishwar Naik, JAC Vice Chairman Guguloth Kishan Naik, and JAC Chief Advisor Dr. Venkat Ramulu Naik were present on this occasion. Conveners Dharavath Venkanna Naik, Boda Laxman Naik, Raj Kumar Jadhav Naik, Guguloth Bhima Naik, Veeru Naik, Haliya Naik, Motilal Naik, Chakru Naik, Suresh Naik, Bicchu Naik, Mohan Naik, Ravikumar Naik, Nandulal Naik, Siddu Naik, Damu Naik, Chandulal Naik, Ram Chander Naik, Balaji Naik, Ramu Naik, Srinu Naik, Randas Naik, Hari Naik, Mangeelal Naik, and many others also took part.
