At the state-level sports competitions held on the 2nd and 3rd of this month at Jawaharlal Nehru Government Polytechnic, Hyderabad, students of Government Polytechnic, Kothagudem from Khammam district achieved top positions in several events.They secured first place in boys’ badminton doubles, table tennis singles, table tennis doubles, and discus throw, and third place in girls’ table tennis and the boys’ 4×400-meter relay. The team also won the overall boys’ championship. The winners were congratulated by Principal Bandi Srinivas, Electrical HOD Tarasingh, Physical Director Krishnarao, lecturers Swapna, Krishna, Dharani, and staff members Sandeep and Kausalya.
